BATON ROUGE — For the first time in three seasons, the LSU men’s and women’s basketball teams will both participate in the NCAA Tournaments, it was announced on Sunday afternoon. The No. 1-seeded women’s team will face No. 16 seed Southwest Texas at approximately 10:30 p.m. CST on Saturday in Eugene, Ore., while the No. 8-seeded men’s team faces No. 9 seed Purdue at approximately 2 p.m. CST on Friday in Birmingham, Ala.

To purchase tickets for the three-game women’s regional in Eugene, Ore., call 1-800-WEBFOOT. All-session tickets are $26 for the three games. Single-session reserved tickets will go on sale Tuesday for $13, while general admission single-session tickets are $10 for adults and $6 for children/seniors.
