CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. –The LSU men’s tennis double team of Cory Ross and Sebastian Rutka advanced to the qualifying round at the ITA All-American Championship’s held this weekend in Chattanooga, Tenn.
Friday was a long day for the Tigers’ team that was forced to meet at the LSU tennis courts at 4:30 a.m. Friday due to flight delays from Hurricane Lili. The team arrived in Chattanooga only to have 2 p.m. matches delayed by Lili’s remnants. Because of the flight delays, LSU was scheduled for the final first-round matches of the day that did not end until early Saturday morning.
