ROVERETO, Italy — Former LSU All-American Allenye Francique won his fourth straight 400 meter race Wednesday at the Palio Della Quercia.
Francique easily defeated the field posting a time of 45.06 to take home the gold. Australia’s Patrick Dwyer and Jamaica’s Davian Clarke rounded out the events top-three clocking times of 46.20 and 46.52, respectively.
Francique will continue competition Fri., Sept. 6 at the season’s final Golden League event in Berlin, Germany.
