BATON ROUGE — The LSU football team practiced twice for the third-straight day on Wednesday, the only time this season the team will have six practices in three days.
After a 12:20 p.m. session, the Tigers went through a 7:30 practice in what has been relatively warm and overcast conditions at the Charles McClendon LSU Football Practice Facility.
With temperatures in the low to mid-80s for much of the early afternoon, some players noted that the weather was “really nice” for this time of year. According to weather.com, the 3 p.m. temperature in Baton Rouge was 81 with a heat index of 85. The average high temperature in Baton Rouge is 90.
