BATON ROUGE — In conjunction with the release of its new visual identity, LSU will also launch a new version of its official web site, LSUsports.net, the athletic department announced on Friday.
The new LSUsports.net site will enhance all of the features of the old site, and will be updated with the new logo and font. This will mark the third generation of LSUsports.net, with the original launch coming in November of 1999.
LSUsports.tv has also been redesigned in order to better organize live streaming video and archived content. LSU remains the only university in the country with a site dedicated to live and archived streaming video.
In August, “The Dot TV Show” will return for the 2002-03 season with a football preview show. The Dot TV Show is a web-exclusive, in-house production that gives fans an opportunity to ask questions to coaches and administrators live over the Internet.
