BATON ROUGE — The 2001-2002 LSU Men’s Basketball Guide, produced by the LSU Sports Information Department, was awarded a third place in district honor by the College Sports Information Directors Association of America (CoSIDA).
The media guide won third place in District 6 which is composed of Division I schools in the states of Louisiana, Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Mississippi.
The media guide was edited by LSU Senior Associate SID Kent Lowe with Layout and Design by Jason Feirman, Marie Brewer and David Hurd. The This is LSU editor was Associate SID Fred Demarest and editorial assistance was provided by SID Michael Bonnette, Scott Dean, Michelle Fakier and Todd Politz.
The award will be presented at the annual meeting of CoSIDA this summer in Rochester, N. Y.
