BATON ROUGE — On Wednesday at 11 a.m., LSU baseball fans will have the first opportunity to get a preview of this season’s team when 12th-year assistant coach Dan Canevari joins LSUsports.net in this week’s Tiger Focus public online chat.
Canevari, who joined LSU before its 1991 National Championship season, has been a part of all five of the Tigers’ championships as both an Administrative Assistant and now as the pitching coach.
The Tigers open the 2002 season with the TigerFest Alumni weekend on Feb. 1-2 before taking on Birmingham Southern for a three-game series on Feb. 8-10 at Alex Box Stadium on Skip Bertman Dr.
