BATON ROUGE — LSU season ticket holders have until 7 p.m. on Tuesday to submit their Sugar Bowl ticket application to the LSU ticket office, ticket manager Brian Broussard said on Sunday.
Ticket applications can be dropped off in person at the LSU ticket office or faxed to (225) 578-3344 or (225) 578-4976. The LSU ticket office will be open from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Monday and Tuesday this week and will resume normal business hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. the remainder of the week.
Due to high demand for Sugar Bowl tickets, limits will be placed on ticket orders. Ticket limits will not be determined until Wednesday. There will be no public sale of Sugar Bowl tickets through LSU.
Ticket prices for the Sugar Bowl are $95, $75, and $65.
LSU will also sell an allotment of student tickets, which will go on sale after final exams are over. Student tickets will not be discounted.
LSU, champions of the Southeastern Conference, will face Illinois, Big Ten champions, at 7:30 p.m. on January 1 in the Louisiana Superdome. The game will be televised by ABC.
