BATON ROUGE — LSU football season tickets will go on sale at 9 a.m. Saturday in the LSU ticket office, located on the first floor of the athletic administration building.
Season tickets for the 2001 seven-game home schedule are available in the South End Zone, the East Upper Deck and the West Upper Deck. The majority of available tickets require a donation to the Tiger Athletic Foundation in order to be purchased. A limited number of tickets are available without a donation.
Ticket prices are $207 for the South End Zone and the West upper deck, and $232 for the East upper deck. TAF donations required are $50 per ticket for Upper Deck bench, $150 per ticket for South End Zone seating and $350 per ticket for Upper Deck chairbacks.
Season tickets may be purchased with Visa or MasterCard by calling 1-800-960-8587 or 225-578-2184. Tickets may also be purchased in person at the ticket office with cash, check, Visa or MasterCard. There will be no Internet sales for season tickets.
LSU begins the 2001 season Sept. 1 versus Tulane in Tiger Stadium. LSU will also play home games against Utah State (Sept. 8), Auburn (Sept. 15), Florida (Oct. 6), Ole Miss (Oct. 27), Middle Tennessee (Nov. 10) and Arkansas (Nov. 24).
