BATON ROUGE — On Tuesday afternoon, the LSU women’s basketball team as well as the LSU Athletic Department announced the festivities for “Pack the PMAC V” on Feb. 4, 2001, versus Auburn, the largest and most successful annual women’s athletic event on campus.

- Mitsubishi Eclipse Giveaway
The first 5,000 fans through the doors will receive a flyer that gives them the opportunity to participate in the Halftime Flying Frenzy contest. If a fan can fly their paper airplane through the sunroof of the Eclipse, they drive away in the car that is valued at over $22,000.
- LSU Student $1,000 Giveaway
LSU students will have an opportunity to win $1,000 by just showing up and registering their name into a drawing. One lucky LSU student will leave with $1,000.
- Other Giveaways
Fans will also have a chance to win great prizes such as televisions, DVD players, home surround sound systems, satelllite systems with installation and gift certificates from Tiger Mania and Winn Dixie. Additional prizes will be given away courtesy of McDonald’s and UPS.
- Free Tickets
Thousands of free tickets are available right now at all Baton Rouge area McDonald’s locations, as well as Baton Rouge Winn Dixies stores, both Tiger Mania locations and Levis Mitsubishi.

Four of the five largest crowds in school history have come at Pack the PMAC games. In addition, since the first Pack the PMAC game in 1997, LSU has recorded the 10 largest crowds in school history, including seven that have been in excess of 5,000.
