BATON ROUGE — With one more day of tickets sales remaining exclusively to Tiger fans, less than 2,000 tickets to the 2000 Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl, Ticket Manager Brian Broussard announced on Monday. More than 19,133 tickets have been sold going into the final day of sales to LSU season ticket holders and LSU students. Buy them now!
After Tuesday, Dec. 12, tickets will go on sale to the general public and will not be guaranteed to be sold to Tiger fans.
Tickets may be purchased online, by telephone (225-388-2184), by faxing (225-388-3344) or mailing a ticket order form (.pdf), or in person at the LSU Ticket Office on the first floor of the Athletic Administration Building.
Because there is no limit to the number of tickets that a season ticket holder or LSU student may fan may buy, non-season ticket holders who wish to purchase tickets before these go on sale are encouraged to purchase them through another season ticket holder or LSU student on Tuesday.
“There have been a lot of calls from Georgia Tech fans over the last few days trying to purchase tickets,” Broussard said Monday. “We, of course, would really like to give our fans the chance to purchase our tickets first. However, once these are released to the general public, anyone may buy them.”
According to its web site, Georgia Tech sold out its ticket allotment of 21,000 tickets after 14 days of ticket sales on Dec. 6.
Should LSU sell the 1,867 tickets remaining on Tuesday, it will sell out its allotment in eight days.
