GAINESVILLE, Fla. — LSU middle blocker Meagan Davis has been named second-team All-Southeastern Conference the conference announced at the SEC Tournament Banquet on Thursday evening.
It is the second consecutive year that Davis has earned all-conference honors as she was dubbed first-team All-SEC a year ago. Davis is the first LSU player to earn the honor back-to-back since Carmis Franks did so in 1995 and 1996.
Davis currently leads the Tigers in attack percentage while being second in kills and blocks. She is also among the SEC leaders in attack percentage.
