BATON ROUGE — The LSU men’s basketball team will hold a free open house from 6-8 p.m. on Thursday at the Maravich Assembly Center to allow fans to pick out their season location for the 2000-2001 basketball season.
The available seats will be marked for fans to check out and ticket office personnel will be on hand to allow fans to buy both season and single game tickets.
The LSU men’s basketball team will be on the floor for a short workout and scrimmage and the players will be available following the scrimmage to visit with the fans and sign autographs.
Fans will be treated to free Cokes and free hot dogs and there will be tours of some of the basketball areas of the Maravich Assembly Center.
The Tigers will face a team from Angola on Monday night (Nov. 13) at 7 p.m. in the Assembly Center in the final exhibition game, before opening the regular season, Sept. 20 at 7 p.m. against Louisiana-Monroe.
