BATON ROUGE — LSU will take on Jackson State in the 2000 NCAA Subregional Tournament opening round at Alex Box Stadium on Friday at 2 p.m. Second-seed New Orleans will play third-seed UL-Monroe at 7 p.m. Check back on LSUsports.net throughout the week for complete coverage of the subregional including live audio and live scoring from Alex Box and around the nation. Tickets to the subregional are sold out.
Individual game tickets for non-LSU games will be on sale the day of those games at the Alex Box Stadium ticket office beginning at 8 a.m. each day.
LSU (43-17), which earned a second seed in the tournament after winning the Southeastern Conference Championship this past weekend, looks to advance and play host to an NCAA Super Regional on June 2.
