BATON ROUGE, La. – Full-time LSU students interested in participating in baseball walk-on tryouts must register at the LSU baseball office on the third floor of the athletic administration building. The baseball office is open Monday-Friday from 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m., and interested students must register by Monday, September 13, in order to participate in the tryouts. Walk-on candidates must also attend an NCAA certification meeting at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 15. The meeting will be held in the fifth floor press conference room of the LSU athletic administration building. Walk-on candidates cannot participate in the tryouts unless they attend the certification meeting. The walk-on tryouts will take place at 6 p.m. on Friday, October 1, in Alex Box Stadium.
