  • LSU Athletics is pleased to offer a Guest Service call line available Monday through Friday during normal business hours. Guest Services representatives are available and eager to answer all questions regarding the LSU Football gameday experience. Additionally, LSU Athletics offers an in-stadium texting service for fans for security/customer attention issues. This system is available on Football gamedays only.

Parking

  • ADA PARKING – FREE

    Free ADA parking is located the back of Lot 406, behind Tiger Park and next to the LSU Soccer Stadium. Entry to this lot can be found off of Gourrier Avenue. There are a limited number of spaces available. This area is available on a first come, first served basis on gameday. The lot is accessible by presenting a valid state issued ADA parking permit and/or valid ADA driver’s license to the traffic officers on site. A shuttle is provided to and from Tiger Stadium. See Shuttle Information below.

    SHUTTLE INFORMATION

    Shuttle service will be provided and details will be updated each week prior to home games on LSUsports.net/gameday. Pickup location will be in lot 406. The drop off location will be in lot 101 and the the post-game pick up location will be in front of Nicholson Gateway. Shuttles will be available throughout the game until approximately 90 minutes after the game for return service to lot 406.

    Paid ADA Parking

    Paid ADA Parking is sold out. Persons interested in purchasing a paid reserved parking permit can register for a waiting list at www.LSUsports.net under “Tickets”. Reserved disabled patron parking permits cost $300 for the entire season and may require a Tradition Fund contribution. To purchase a season disabled patron-parking permit, you must have a state issued disabled parking permit or letter from your doctor stating the reason you need to park near the stadium, and a valid ID. Contact the LSU Athletics Ticket Office at (225) 578-2184 for more information. Passes are not transferable. The disabled individual must be in the vehicle when entering the lot.

Wheelchairs / Walkers

  • Wheelchairs, Walkers or Strollers
    There is no designated location to leave or charge any of these items and they are not allowed to be an obstruction of any sort. LSU is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

    Wheelchair Escort Service
    Tiger Stadium does offer a complimentary wheelchair service inside our facility. Once you enter your gate, look for a nearby Event Staff Team Member and ask for a wheelchair escort. A staff member will retrieve a wheelchair from the nearest first aid station and pickup the person needing the escort at the gate then take them to their seat. When you wish to leave, simply ask a nearby Usher for a wheelchair pickup, call the Guest Service Hotline at (225) 578-4085 or text “LSU” to 69050 with your need and location. A staff member will assist you from your seat to a gate. Our wheelchair staff members are unable to go outside Tiger Stadium to pickup or drop off guests.

    Captioning of LSU Football public address announcements is available on the southeast ribbon digital board inside Tiger Stadium.

Medical Needs/Equipment

  • Medical Needs/Equipment
    LSU recognizes that some fans may have a need to bring special items with them so they may enjoy the game. Medical necessary items will be allowed following proper inspection at specified stadium gates. Guests entering the stadium with needs for medical bag exceptions must enter through Gate 10 or the medical bag check gate located at the southwest corner of the stadium. Medical & First Aid

  • Medical & First Aid
    First-aid stations are located throughout the stadium. If you need assistance, contact the nearest first aid station, law enforcement officer or event staff team member. Each station has trained first responders to provide assistance. Advanced emergency medical support will also be available throughout the game in the stadium trauma center. If necessary, fans should call 911 for any emergencies requiring medical assistance.

Lactation Rooms / Baby Changing

  • Lactation Room (Tailgate) – 305 Coates Hall
    This room is available for those looking for a place to nurse or pump outside of Tiger Stadium on gamedays. The room is available on a first-come, first-serve basis and locks from the inside out (a key is not necessary). The room is fully stocked with cleaning supplies.

    Lactation Room (In-Stadium) – First Aid Stations
    First aid stations located in Tiger Stadium can be used for nursing mothers, if the space is not currently being used for medical emergencies. The spaces have a privacy curtain and are located on the map with a red cross.

    Lactation Room (In-Stadium) – LSU SportShop
    A private room room is located inside the LSU SportShop in the West Plaza between the seating bowl and elevators inside Gates 4-6.

     

    Baby Changing
    Most of the restrooms in Tiger Stadium are equipped with diaper changing tables. Guests may also visit the First Aid Stations which each air conditioned, private restrooms. Please review our Geaux Safe bag policy on how to bring your items into the stadium.

Strollers

    Strollers are permitted but discouraged. There are no storage areas and they are not allowed to be an obstruction of any sort. LSU is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
