Wendy Nall

Wendy Nall joined the LSU Athletics staff in July 2001. She currently serves as the Associate Athletic Director for Human Resources. In this role, Wendy oversees all personnel and payroll activity for more than 300 full-time staff and 1,100 part-time staff within the LSU Athletic Department to include recruitment, compensation, insurance and benefits, records management, leave of absence, worker’s compensation, and employee relations all while ensuring diversity and inclusion initiatives are supported and advanced. In addition, she provides research on a variety of annual NCAA, SEC and university reports.

Nall was born and raised in Marrero, La. She received her bachelor’s degree in kinesiology with a Sports Administration concentration from Southeastern Louisiana University in 2000, a master’s degree in sports administration from LSU in August 2001, and is currently certified as a Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), and obtains the following certificates: SHRM Foundation, Employing Abilities at Work Certificate; SHRM Foundation, Veterans at Work Certificate, and USF Corporate Training and Professional Education, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate.

She is a current member of the Society for Human Resource Management and is Chair of the Athletics Policy and Procedure Committee and a member of the department’s Coach and Staff Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council.

Nall has two daughters, Kendall and Olivia.
