Morgan Phillips joined the LSU football staff in August of 2023 and serves as the Recruiting Operations Coordinator for the Tigers.
Prior to LSU, Phillips worked for the Alabama Crimson Tide as a coordinator in the Head Coach’s Office. Morgan got her start in recruiting in 2021 as a recruiting operations intern with Alabama Football.
Phillips graduated from Alabama in May of 2023 with a degree in marketing and a minor in public relations.
