Mitzie Rojas

Mitzie Rojas joined LSU Athletics in August 2025 as a Powerade Performance Nutrition Fellow for Olympic Sports.

Rojas is a registered dietitian with a B.S. Kinesiology: Exercise Science from UTEP, and a B.S in Dietetics & MPH in Physical Activity from Kansas State University.

Rojas has experience in campus recreation at Texas State University and Kansas State University, where she helped launch nutrition coaching programs and began her work in sports nutrition. While completing her MPH, she volunteered with K-State Athletics, assisting with fueling stations, travel nutrition, and game-day support.

In her free time, she enjoys hanging out with her dog, Mia, exploring new restaurants, trying out different fitness classes, and staying hydrated in the Louisiana heat.
