Mike Ferrara Season 2024

Mike Ferrara joined the LSU football staff in January of 2022 and serves as associate director of player personnel. Ferrara, a graduate of Tennessee, has spent his entire career in the SEC with other stops coming at Texas A&M and his alma mater.

Ferrera works with Will Redmond, LSU’s Director of Player Personnel, in every aspect of identifying prospects and evaluation of those prospects.

Prior to LSU, Ferrara spent nearly five years at Texas A&M first as a player personnel assistant and then assistant director of player personnel.

He got his start in football at Tennessee in 2015 as a volunteer with the recruiting department for the Vols. He was elevated to graduate student recruiting analyst in August of 2015 and remained with Tennessee until March of 2017.

Ferrara also served an eight-month stint with the Cleveland Browns in 2017 where he broke down game film and assisted with the identifying of potential prospects.

He graduated from Tennessee in 2015 with a degree in sports studies.
