A native Central Louisiana, Chef Michael Carter has been with LSU Dining for more than a decade. He graduated from Louisiana Culinary Institute here in Baton Rouge in 2010 with a concentration in Baking and Pastry. Chef Carter has been working specifically with our student athletes since 2013 and helped open the LSU Performance Nutrition Center.
