Matthew Douglas

Matthew Douglas serves as the General Manager for Ticket Sales and Services and is entering his third season with LSU’s Ticket Sales team, a position he started in September of 2022. Prior to coming to LSU, he led the ticket sales team at Baylor University as the Director of Ticket Sales & Annual Giving for 3 years.

At Baylor, he and his team were a part of record breaking new season ticket sales for men’s basketball and saw an increase in new and total season tickets sold each year for football. His team also contributed to Baylor’s largest football single game attendance record for McLane Stadium in 2019.

Before his time at Baylor, Matthew worked at Oklahoma State University from 2016-2019 in two different roles on the development and ticket sales teams. At Oklahoma State, he was awarded Ticket Sales Coordinator of the Year in 2019 by his managers.

The Broken Arrow, Oklahoma native earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Management (Sport Management) from Oklahoma State in 2016. He is married to the former Madison Huffines of Abilene, Texas and they enjoy spending time with their dog (Wrigley) and cat (Theo).
