Kandace Hale grew up in Mandeville, La. where she trained at Northshore Academy of Dance. She graduated from Southeastern Louisiana University in 2008 with a business degree and minor in dance. While at Southeastern, she was captain of the Lionette Dance team and won a silver and bronze medal at the Universal Dance College National Championship.

She has worked at local dance studios and traveled summers with Universal Dance Association, teaching dance all over the U.S.

After getting married, she moved to Arizona and became a mom of two. While living on the west coast, she taught dance at studios and at a local high school.

In 2015, she moved back to her home state and has been the Head Tiger Girl Coach for the past seven seasons.

Her favorite thing to teach is jazz technique and she loves watching her athletes grow and accomplish new goals. She is so blessed to work with a program with such rich traditions, phenomenal talent and exciting opportunities.
