Jack Erickson oversees the strength and conditioning program coordination for both the LSU Tiger Girls and Cheerleading squads, while also assisting with the training of the Men’s Basketball team.

In 2021-22, Erickson is a graduate student pursuing a masters degree in exercise physiology through the LSU School of Kinesiology.

Erickson joined the LSU Strength and Conditioning staff in September of 2021. He came to LSU following internships with the Olympic Strength and Conditioning staff at both the University of Kentucky and University of Arkansas.

While earning his bachelor’s of science in kinesiology at the University of Virginia, Erickson spent three seasons working as a student manager for the Football team. Jack also spent time interning in the weight room with the UVA Football strength and conditioning staff in Charlottesville. He is a native of Smithfield, Virginia.

Jack is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
