Heather Goldbeck

Heather Goldbeck joined LSU Athletics in September 2025 as an Assistant Performance Dietitian.

Goldbeck is a registered dietitian with a B.S. In Nutrition and an M.S. in Nutritional Sciences, both from the University of Texas at Austin.

While she was completing her master’s degree, Goldbeck worked as the St. David’s Sports Nutrition Fellow with the University of Texas at Austin. In this role, she gained experience working with the Longhorns football, distance track, and basketball teams. Prior to LSU, Goldbeck worked as a dietitian providing 1:1 counseling for clients of varying needs and backgrounds.

In her free time, she likes to bake, travel, spend time outdoors, and talk to friends or family.
