Donnie Both Season 2026
Donnie Both joined Lane Kiffin’s LSU staff in December of 2025 and serves as the lead quarterbacks analyst on the offensive side of the ball.
Both arrived at LSU after multiple seasons on the coaching staff at Ole Miss. In his first two years with the Rebels, Both helped Ole Miss produce the No. 1 offense in the SEC in both the 2024 and 2025 seasons, contributing to offensive game planning, weekly preparation, and analytical support. He served as an offensive consultant in 2024 before transitioning to a defensive specialist role on the offensive staff in 2025.
Prior to Ole Miss, Both spent three seasons at South Carolina from 2021 to 2023 as the assistant defensive backs coach, where he helped develop the SEC’s top pass defense in his first season and a unit that led the conference in turnovers in 2021 and ranked second in 2022.
Both began his coaching career at NC State, serving as a defensive analyst working with the defensive backs in 2020 after working as a student coach under head coach Dave Doeren from 2018 to 2020.
A native of Charlotte, North Carolina, Both earned his bachelor’s degree in Sport Management from North Carolina State University and later completed a master’s degree in Learning Design and Technology at the University of South Carolina, graduating magna cum laude from both institutions.
