Bianca Paulus Season 2024

Bianca Paulus, MS, is a graduate of the University of Southern California with a masters of science in nutrition, healthspan and longevity. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in nutritional science from California State University, Los Angeles. Paulus specializes in sports, performance and longevity nutrition.

Prior to arriving to LSU, Paulus served as the Football Performance Nutrition Intern for the University of Notre Dame. Additionally, she was the performance nutrition intern for the Los Angeles Chargers during the 2020 season, when she was able to oversee game day and training fueling practices and create nutrition educational materials for professional sports team. Paulus is eligible to sit for her Registered Dietitian’s exam and is working toward becoming a Sports Dietitian.
