Anthony Henderson Season 2026

Anthony Henderson joined the LSU Strength and Conditioning Staff in January of 2026.

A former football student-athlete at Florida Atlantic University, Henderson earned his bachelor’s degree in criminal justice in 2015.
Following graduation, Henderson began his career at a private training facility in Jacksonville, Fla., where he worked in combine and pro day preparation for aspiring professional athletes.

Henderson transitioned into the collegiate strength and conditioning ranks in 2017 as an intern at Ole Miss. He went on to serve as a graduate assistant at Mercer University in 2018 before returning to Ole Miss as an assistant strength and conditioning coach in 2019.

His career continued with stops at the University of South Carolina in 2020, the University of Tennessee in 2021, and Liberty University in 2022. From 2023 through 2025, Henderson returned to Ole Miss, where he continued to develop and implement performance programs for elite collegiate athletes.
