Ann Alexander
Ann Alexander joined LSU Sports Medicine in August of 2025 after spending a year as a seasonal physical therapist and athletic trainer for the Indianapolis Colts.
Prior to this role, Alexander was a sport physical therapy resident at the University of Minnesota, where she primarily worked with Gophers Football from 2023-24. Additionally, she spent two years as a physical therapist and certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) at a sports & orthopedic clinic from 2021-2023.
Alexander graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire with a bachelor’s degree in athletic training in 2018. She continued her education at the College of St. Scholastica in Duluth, Minn., graduating as a doctor of physical therapy in 2021.
Alexander is a native of Cold Spring, Minn., and enjoys being active and spending time outside hiking or being on the lake.
