Competed in four meets for LSU during the 2023 cross-country season… finished 14th at the LSU Invitational with a 6k personal-best time of 19:30.8.
PRIOR TO LSU – Zachary HS
Langley competed for Zachary High School before arriving at LSU… at the Louisiana High School Championships, Langley won the boys’ state cross country title in 16:07.02 over the three-mile course… he was also the overall winner at regional competition, finishing in 15:26.30 to complete the three-mile race over 20 seconds faster than the nearest competitor… Langley established a personal-best time of 15:20.5 on October 8, 2022, at the Catholic High Invitational in Baton Rouge.
