Competed in four meets for LSU during the 2023 cross-country season… finished 14th at the LSU Invitational with a 6k personal-best time of 19:30.8.
PRIOR TO LSU – Zachary HS
Langley competed for Zachary High School before arriving at LSU… at the Louisiana High School Championships, Langley won the boys’ state cross country title in 16:07.02 over the three-mile course… he was also the overall winner at regional competition, finishing in 15:26.30 to complete the three-mile race over 20 seconds faster than the nearest competitor… Langley established a personal-best time of 15:20.5 on October 8, 2022, at the Catholic High Invitational in Baton Rouge… The Advocate’s Boys Athlete of the Year for 2023.

Born on November 4th, 2004 in Baton Rouge, LA… son of Daryl and Layne Langley… has one sister, Quinn… plans to pursue a degree in exercise science at LSU.
