Recorded personal-best times in five of six meets this season… finished in 15th at the UNO Opener with a 5k personal-best time of 15:36.0… took fifth at the LSU Invitational with a 6k personal-best time of 18:38.5… ran a personal-best time of 25:49.2 in the 8k at the Arturo Barrios Invitational… finished 112th at the NCAA South Central Region Championships a with a personal-best time of 34:02.4 in the 10k.

PRIOR TO LSU – Ruston HS
Was named the 2020-21 Gatorade Louisiana Boys Cross Country Athlete of the Year following his senior season at Ruston High School … not only did he win the LHSAA 5A Cross Country state title in the three mile run with a personal best of 15:17.20, but he was the fastest runner over all divisions at the course on November 17, 2020 … he did not lose a race on the cross-country circuit his senior season going a perfect 6-0 … on the track, he won the 2021 LHSAA Indoor title in the 800 meters with a time of 1:59.68 … he owns a PR of 1:54.90 on the outdoor track in the 800 meters, and his personal best times in cross country are 15:30.0 (three mile) and 15:48.0 (5k).
