Lined up in seven meets for the Tigers during his redshirt freshman season in 2014 … Raced to a personal record of 4 minutes, 12.62 seconds in a seventh-place finish in the 1,500 meters at Miami’s Hurricane Alumni Invitational … Also placed ninth in the 3,000 meters at the Hurricane Alumni Invitational with a run of 9:10.36 … Finished in 10th place at the Battle on the Bayou (4:19.85), 11th place at the Tulane Team Challenge (4:20.41) and 20th place at the LSU Invitational (4:17.40) while running the 1,500 meters outdoors … Clocked a lifetime PR of 8:59.48 in a 14th-place finish in the 3,000 meters at the Battle on the Bayou outdoors … Clocked 9:11.50 for 10th place at the Jim Mize Invitational and 9:23.04 for seventh place at the Tulane Team Challenge while running the 3,000 meters … Ran a seasonal best of 17:01.12 for 17th place in the 5k at the LSU Alumni Gold … Clocked 9:04.82 for a runner-up finish in the 3k at the LSU Twilight in his only indoor meet of the season.
