Blue-chip prospect from Elgin, Illinois, will join LSU for the 2025-26 season…Ranked among the nation’s top 25 recruits, she has been one of the most dominant players in the Midwest region as a two-time Illinois State Singles Champion and was recognized as the USTA Chicago District’s 2023 Junior Female Player of the Year…Placed fourth at the 2024 USTA Spring National Championships and won the 2023 Illinois State Singles Tennis Championship…In high school play, Lanton has not lost a set in the IHSA competition since 2021…Competed at the 2024 ITA National Summer Championships in Memphis, TN, and placed as a quarterfinalist, highlighted by taking down the No. 2 seed in the tournament, Duke’s Emma Jackson…Most recently won the 2025 ITA Summer Masters Series.
