Scored her first collegiate victory in the ULM Individual competition in Monroe, posting a 7-under score of 209 (71-70-68) to best a field of 78 … Finished the season with 12 rounds in four events and an average of 74.00 … Also had a round of 69 in her first appearance of the year in the Illini Women’s Invitational at Medinah in the fall … Tied for fifth in the event … In two years, has played 36 rounds with one win, two top five finishes and a career average of 74.64.
FRESHMAN SEASON (2022-23)
In the starting lineup for the last six tournaments, dating back to the Battle at the Beach win in Mexico to close the fall … Finished second at the prestigious Darius Rucker Intercollegiate against a field of 90, shooting rounds of 69-73-67 for a 4-under total of 209 … Shot 3-under 213 at the Moon Golf Invitational in Melbourne, Florida (70-70-73) … Made a 17-foot birdie putt on the 18th hole to help LSU secure its quarterfinal 3-2 win over Ole Miss in match play at the SEC Championships … Also won her semifinal match as well … Averaged 74.14 for 24 rounds this season … In the R&A Women’s Amateur in England, advanced through qualifying to the round of 32.
PRIOR TO LSU
Attended the National School of Golf in Uppsala, Sweden and Celciusskolan School … Ranked 10th in the Sweden Amateur Golf Rankings … Hertzman on the winning team of the Swedish High School Team Championship in October 2021 and was second in the 2021 Swedish Junior Team Championship … Shot an opening round course record of 66 at the Lakes Course at PGA National Sweden Golf Course to win the 2021 Henrik Stenson/Fanny Sunesson Junior Challenge with a 54-hole total of 5-under par … Eight top three finishes in youth events in Sweden and three-time member of the girls Swedish golf team … Also participated in track and field, soccer and alpine skiing … In 2021 made her first appearance on the Ladies European Tour Access Series and finished T14 at 1-over par.
