FRESHMAN SEASON (2004-05)
Played in all 36 games … Scored a season-high 16 points that included four three-pointers in LSU’s victory over Florida on Feb. 27 … Connected on four three-pointers for 12 points in her first career game against Maine on Nov. 11 … Also had 12 points against both at Florida on Jan. 13 (on four three-pointers) and against Southern Miss on Nov. 21 … Had 10 points in LSU’s victory at Southwest Missouri State on Dec. 18 and added 11 points in the win over UC-Santa Barbara on Dec. 21 and against Arkansas on Jan. 20 … Was named to the SEC All-Freshman team by the coaches … Was one of 15 finalists for a spot on the United States U19 World Championship team.
HIGH SCHOOL
Averaged 21.0 points, 4.0 rebounds, 5.7 steals and 6.7 assists per game as a senior at Southern Lab in Baton Rouge for coach Henry Combs … Earned a spot as a McDonald’s All-American, joining current teammates Erica White and Sylvia Fowles … Also named WBCA honorable mention All-America, as well as third-team Parade All-America following her senior season … Was a two-time District Defensive MVP and was selected as the 1A State Player of the Year as a senior … As a junior she was also named the Louisiana Sports Writers Association 1A Player of the Year and helped Southern Lab to the 1A state title … Played AAU ball for the Louisiana Storm and earned AAU 17U All-American in 2003.
