Closed the year with a 14th-place finish in the 3000-meter steeplechase with a time of 9:28.93 at the SEC Outdoor Championships… finished first in the 3000m steeplechase at the LSU Invitational with a time of 9:25.87… took first in the 3000 meter at the LSU Alumni Gold with a time of 8:36.16… opened the year with a PR of 6:04.97 in the 2000-meter steeplechase at the Hurricane Invitational… finished seventh in the 1500 meter at the Keyth Talley Invitational with a personal-best time of 3:56.92… recorded a PR of 14:38.19 in the 5000 meter at the Bryan Clay Invitational.
2024 INDOOR (SENIOR)
Competed in four meets during the indoor season… recorded a season-best time of 8:29.91 in the 3000 meter at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational… took fourth in the 3000m at the LSU Twilight with a time of 8:36.15… finished 10th in the mile with a time of 4:25.26 at the LSU Purple Tiger.
2023 OUTDOOR (JUNIOR)
Opened the season with a PR (6:11.25) and first-place finish in the 2000-meter steeplechase at the Hurricane Invitational… finished 11th at the SEC Outdoor Championships in the 3000-meter steeplechase… took second place in the 3000 at the LSU Battle on the Bayou… finished second in the 3000m steeplechase at the LSU Invitational.
2023 INDOOR (JUNIOR)
Competed in three meets for the Tigers during the indoor season… closed the season with a first-place finish in the 3000 at the LSU Twilight.
2022 OUTDOOR (SOPHOMORE)
Took 18th in the 3000-meter steeplechase at the SEC Outdoor Championships… set a personal-best time of 3:57.38 in the 1500 at the LSU Battle on the Bayou… finished third in the 3000m steeplechase at the Baldy Castillo Invitational to open the season… took second in the 3000m steeplechase at the LSU Invitational.
2022 INDOOR (SOPHOMORE)
Set a 3000 meter personal best of 8:29.72 at the LSU Twilight to finish first… closed his season in the 5000 at the SEC Indoor Championships with a 19th-place finish… set a PR in the 5000 with 14:49.07 at the Music City Challenge… opened the year with a sixth-place finish in the mile at the LSU Purple Tiger.
2021 OUTDOOR (FRESHMAN)
Finished 12th at the SEC Outdoor Championships in the 3000-meter steeplechase with a personal-best time of 9:10.39… opened the season with a win in the 3000m steeplechase at the Louisiana Classic… finished third in the 1500 at the LSU Battle on the Bayou… finished third in the 3000m steeplechase at both the LSU Invitational and LSU Alumni Gold… took fifth in the 1500 at the LSU Boots Garland Invitational.
2021 INDOOR (FRESHMAN)
Recorded a personal-best time of 4:21.85 in the mile at the LSU Louisiana Invite, taking third place… opened the season with a second-place finish in the 3000 at the LSU Purple Tiger… finished fourth in the 3000 at the Charlie Thomas Invitational.

2019 LHSAA Cross Country State Champion with a time of 15:45.80 in the three-mile run …swept titles at the 2020 LHSAA Indoor State Championships in the 800 meters, 1,600 meters, and 3,200 meters … Finished in fifth place in the 1600m at the 2019 Great Southwest Classic with a personal best time of 4:27.49 … clocked a PR of 4:19.62 in the mile at the Schrader mile event in 2019 … owns personal bests of 14:57.94 in the three-mile run and 15:31.21 in the 5k … crossed the finish line in fourth place at the LHSAA Class 5A State Championship in the 3-mile race with a time of 16:00.5 … set a PR of 16:10.0 in the 5k at the 2017 Marcus I Invitational (27th place finish) … runner up in the 3-mile race at the 2016 District 1 5A Championships with a season best time of 16:03.0…. was a member of the honor roll, FCA, Spanish club, and the 2019-20 LHSAA All-Academic Boys Cross Country Team in high school.
