Added nearly four feet to his personal record in the javelin throw when he unleashed a seasonal-best throw of 207-4 in a runner-up finish at Arizona’s Jim Click Shootout during the outdoor season … Earned a 15th-place finish in the javelin while throwing 197-6 in qualifying at the SEC Outdoor Track & Field Championships held at Mississippi State’s Mike Sanders Track Complex … Opened the season by throwing 198-7 in a third-place finish at the Louisiana Classics in Lafayette … Also placed third in the event at the LSU Invitational with a throw of 197-10 in the team’s regular-season finale … Also threw the javelin at the Battle on the Bayou (191-10), LSU Alumni Gold (181-9) and Penn Relays (192-7) … Threw 147-7 for third place in his only appearance in the discus throw at the Louisiana Classics … Did not compete for the Tigers during the indoor season.
2014
