Full name is Ruby Starr Stauber … Born on Sept. 30, 1997 … Father is Robb Stauber … Mother is Alison Stauber Coffey and step-father is Mike Coffey … Has one younger brother, Jaxson, and one younger sister, Lula … Father played college hockey at the University of Minnesota before playing in the National Hockey League with the Los Angeles Kings and Buffalo Sabres … Father made history as the first goalie to ever win the Hobey Baker Award, which is college hockey’s Heisman Trophy … Father was also an assistant coach for the 2014 U.S. Olympic Women’s Hockey Team … Mother ran track and cross country at the University of South Florida and later at Minnesota … Step-father played college baseball at Notre Dame … An honor student during her prep career at Wayzata High School while maintaining a 3.75 grade-point average … A four-time academic all-state selection in her prep career … Currently undecided on what major she will pursue at LSU.
