2026 INDOOR (JUNIOR)
Competed in four meets during the indoor season… clocked 54.22 seconds in her lone 400 meter of the season at Tyson Invitational… finished first in the 600 meter with a PR and time of 1:32.92 at LSU Bayou Bengal.
2025 OUTDOOR (SOPHOMORE AT CLOUD COUNTY CC)
Closed her time with Cloud County in exciting fashion as she clocked the No. 2 time in NJCAA history of 51.46 seconds in the 400 meter on her way to being crowned champion at the NJCAA Outdoor Championships… the time of 51.46 seconds is also the Ghanaian national record in the 400m… at the national meet she also won the 4×400-meter relay and finished fifth in the 200 meter with a personal-best time of 23.43 seconds… took first in the 400m and third in the 200m at the NJCAA Regional VI Championships… won the 400m and 4×400 at the Kansas Relays… finished first in the 200m at the Wichita State KT Woodman Classic… won the 400m at the Friends University Spring Invitational.
2025 INDOOR (SOPHOMORE AT CLOUD COUNTY CC)
Took gold in the 4×400-meter relay and 4×800-meter relay to go along with bronze in the distance-medley relay at the NJCAA Indoor Championships in 2025… at the KJCCC Indoor Championships she earned gold in the DMR, silver in the 400 meter and sixth in the 200 meter… recorded a personal-best time of 2:14.70 in the 800 meter at the Washburn Open to finish fifth… opened the season with a 600-yard PR of 1:21.04 at the Thane Baker Invitational, which is an NJCAA national record… won the 400m at the NAIA/Juco Challenge… finished first in the 4×400 and second in the 400m at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational.
2024 OUTDOOR (FRESHMAN AT CLOUD COUNTY CC)
Finished with silver and First Team All-American honors in the 400 meter at the NJCAA Outdoor Championships her freshman season… also took ninth with Second Team honors in the 4×400-meter relay at the championship meet… at the NJCAA Region VI Championships she earned gold in the 400m, silver in the 4×400 and fifth in the 200 meter… opened the season taking second in the 200m and first in the 400m at the Mark Phillips Cowley College Open… finished first in the 400m and 4×400 at the Emporia State Relays.
2024 INDOOR (FRESHMAN AT CLOUD COUNTY CC)
Closed her first indoor season taking bronze in the 400 meter and gold in the distance-medley relay, earning two First Team All-American honors at the NJCAA Indoor Championships… finished 10th at the NJCAA meet in the 4×400-meter relay also to earn Second Team All-American honors… at the KJCCC Indoor Championships she finished top three in the 400m, 4×400 and the 200 meter… won the 600 yard and took second in the DMR at the Ichabod Invitational… recorded a 60 meter personal-best time of 7.76 and finished first in the 600 meter with a PR of 1:37.52 at the Wichita State Wilson Invitational… opened her career taking first in the 4×400 and finishing second in the 200m and 400m at the Washburn Rust Buster.
PRIOR TO COLLEGE – Kumasi Girls Senior HS
A finalist in the 2018 Port Harcourt West African University Games where she clocked 53.83 seconds in the 400 meter to finish second… finished seventh in the 2017 Nassau Commonwealth Youth Games in the 400m… held personal-best times of 24.65 seconds in the 200 meter and 53.34 seconds in the 400m prior to college.
