An emerging throws prospect in the discus and hammer throws during his two-year career at Saddleback College in Mission Viejo, California … Capped his freshman season outdoors in 2013 by sweeping the discus and hammer throw titles at the California Community College Athletic Association Southern Regional Championships held in Lancaster, California … Won the discus with a throw of 150-8 and the hammer with a throw of 181-9 at the 2013 CCCAA Southern Regional Championships … Followed by winning the hammer throw silver medal at the 2013 CCCAA State Track & Field Championships with a series-best throw of 182-5 to set a 2013 seasonal best in the event … Opened the 2014 outdoor season by raising his discus PR to 150-9 to win the event in Saddleback’s dual meet with Santiago Canyon College … Also won the hammer throw at the Santiago Canyon dual meet with a season-opening throw of 184-0 to raise his PR in the event … Raised his hammer PR by nearly 20 feet in back-to-back dual meets with winning marks of 193-0 against Santa Ana College and 202-0 against Cuyamaca College … Also threw the hammer 200-8 to win the event title at the 2014 Ben Brown Invitational … Raised his discus PR again in a quadrangle meet held March 21, 2014, in Lancaster, California, with a winning throw of 157-4 and then with a throw of 167-3 for third place at the Mt.
