Was a NCAA regional qualifier in the 1,500 meter during the outdoor season … Clocked a personal-best 3:45.03 to win the LSU Alumni Gold … Time ranks as the ninth fastest in Tiger history … Also won the Miami Elite Invitational with a time of 3:47.74 … Just missed scoring in the event at the SEC Championships, finishing ninth in 3:48.46 … Placed 15th at the NCAA Mideast Regional with a time of 3:56.20 … During the indoor season, ran the anchor leg on the Tigers’ distance medley relay team that won the New Balance Invitational in school record time (9:41.04) … Individually, finished fourth in the mile at the SEC Championships with a then personal-best time of 4:02.73 … Time ranks as the third fastest in school history … Ran 4:03.92 at the Alex Wilson Open … Won the 3,000 meters at the Bayou Bengal Invitational, finishing in 8:21.43.
2005
The Tigers’ top middle distance runner in 2005, he was an NCAA Regional qualifier in the 1,500 meters … Finished 18th at that meet with a time of 3:50.03 … Turned in his top performance of the year at the Tiger Relays, clocking 3:46.42 … Also, ran the 5K twice during the outdoor season … Recorded a season-best time of 14:46.36 to finish third at the LSU Alumni Gold … Ran the mile for the Tigers during the indoor season … Just missed All-SEC honors in the event, placing third overall with a personal-best effort of 4:07.05 … Clocked 4:09.26 at the Razorback Invitational … Took home top honors at both the LSU Twilight (4:09.97) and the Purple Tiger Invitational (4:10.73).
2004

PREVIOUS SCHOOL
Spent the 2001-02 season running cross country and track at the University of Georgia … Earned SEC Runner of the Week honors in September of 2001.
HIGH SCHOOL
Earned eight letters for coach Mike Navarre at St. Paul’s High School in Covington … Won six individual state titles during the 2000-01 seasons … Helped his team to four straight cross country state titles (1997-2000) … Had top times of 4:14 in the mile, 9:19 in the two miles and 15:06 in the three-mile run.
