Senior Season (2003)
Completed her eligibility at the conclusion of the indoor season … Earned All-America honors with her third-place finish in the 800 meters at the NCAA Championships (2:06.43) … Won the SEC’s 800 meter title for the second straight year, topping the field with a time of 2:04.87 … Turned in her top time of the year in the event at the Gator Invitational, registering a time of 2:04.57 … The mark ranks second all-time in the LSU record books … Placed second in the 800 at the prestigious Armory Invitational with a time of 2:07.60.

Junior Season (2002)
Won the NCAA Indoor national title in the 800 meters with a time of 2:05.15 … Also earned All-America honors as a member of the Lady Tigers’ 4×400-meter relay team that finished third with a time of 3:35.13 … The SEC champion in the indoor 800 meters, posting a time of 2:06.20 … Anchored the 4×400-meter relay team to a fourth-place finish at the indoor conference meet (3:37.29) … Ran LSU’s top outdoor 800-meter time of the season (2:05.52) at the Stanford Invitational … Ran the anchor leg on the Lady Tigers’ sprint medley relay team at the Penn Relays.

Prior to LSU
One of the most sought after recruits in 2001, she set numerous school and junior college records during her All-America career at Essex County College (N.J.) … She won 10 national titles in just two years and was on the Essex County 4×800-meter relay team that set a junior college national record in 2000 … A 16-time All-American … Won the indoor and outdoor 800-meter titles in each of her two years at Essex … Was selected the Most Outstanding Athlete at the 2000 NJCAA Indoor Championships after winning three gold medals and two silver medals … Posted PRs of 54.14 (4×400-meter split), 1:31.09 in the 600-meter run, 2:06.08 in the 800 meters and 4:35.10 in the 1,500 … Graduated from Essex with a 3.16 GPA and was selected as a recipient of the Presidential Scholarship.
