Spent one season at Southeast Missouri State … Won the Ohio Valley Conference title in the 60-meter dash and the triple jump during the indoor season … Won the conference long jump title during the outdoor season … Also ran a leg on the 4×100 relay team that won the 2005 OVC title … Helped her team to both the indoor and outdoor Ohio Valley Conference Championships … Coached by Kurtis Downing at the Gateway Institute of Technology … Named Missouri’s Female Track and Field Athlete of the Year as a senior … Was the AAU national champion in the long jump and 4×100-meter relay that same year …  Also won the Missouri state title in the triple jump and was the state runner-up in the 100-meter hurdles as a senior … Ran on three consecutive state champion 4×100-meter relay teams (2001-03) … Also played basketball and volleyball as a prep.
