2019 OUTDOOR (FRESHMAN)
Placed ninth at the SEC Championships in the 10,000 meter run with a time of 34:38.41 … represented LSU at the NCAA East Preliminaries and registered a PR of 34:34.20 to take 18th place … won the 5,000 meter run at the LSU Alumni Gold with a time of 17:02.47 … took ninth in the 1,500 meter run (4:51.65/PR) at the Louisiana Classics.
2019 INDOOR (FRESHMAN)
Took fifth in the 5,000 meter run at the SEC Championships with a time of 16:46.71 … won gold in the mile at the Red Raider Invite with a time of 4:58.29 … took first in her first-ever collegiate race with a time of 9:54.04 in the 3,000 meters at the UAB Invitational.

Competed for Norton High School in Norton, Mass. … 2018 outdoor track Tri-Valley League co-MVP … 2018 Norton High School Female Athlete of the Year … a three-time Tri-Valley all-star … four-time Sun Chronicle all-star … took second place at the 2018 New Balance Nationals in the Emerging Elite two-mile run … placed 15th in the 800 meter run at the 2018 Indoor New Balance Nationals in a school record time of 2:16.48 … won three state titles as a senior in the two-mile run, 1,000 meter run and as an anchor leg of the 4×800 meter relay … finished runner up at the 2018 MIAA State Championships in the two mile run during the outdoor season with a personal best and school record time of 10:57.58 … took sixth at the New England Championships in the 1,000 meter run with a school record and personal best readout of 2:56.95 … set 15 school records during her high school career (seven individual and eight relays) … served as a three-sport team captain during her senior season.

Daughter of Leigh Anne and Rick Palin … has an older brother (Jake) … awarded with JFK Award for math in high school … Boston Globe and Boston Herald 2018 All-Scholastic honoree … National Honor Society member … has plans to major in kinesiology … chose LSU because it has always been her dream school and it is a blessing to be given the opportunity to further her academic and athletic career for LSU.
