One of the top male distance runners in school history, he finished his career listed among the Tigers’ all-time top-10 performers in both the indoor and outdoor 5,000 meters and the 10,000 meters.

Ran the third fastest indoor 5K time in school history at the SEC Championships, clocking 14:14.94 … Earlier in the season ran 14:18.18 at the Armory Invitational to place second overall … Twice ran the mile indoors, winning the Bayou Bengal Invitational in 4:19.22, while placing third in the Championship Section at the Purple Tiger Invitational with a time of 4:17.17 … Outdoors, he recorded the fifth-best 10K mark in school history, running 29:50.94 at the Stanford Invitational … Also ran the 5K twice, turning in a season-best effort of 15:32.05 at the Penn Relays.

One of the Tigers’ top distance runners during the 2004 season, he qualified to the NCAA Mideast Regional Championships in the 5,000 meters … During the outdoor season, recorded PRs in the 5K and the 10K that rank among the top-10 all-time at LSU … His time of 30:14.80 in the 10K ranks sixth all-time, while his time of 14:14.90 in the 5K ranks as the ninth best in school history … During the indoor campaign, ran the mile twice and both the 3K and the 5K once each … Top performances were 4:22.94 in the mile, 8:25.24 in the 3K and 15:27.89 in the 5K.

The Tigers top distance runner, he competed in everything from the 800 meters to the 10K during the outdoor season … Posted a top 10K time of 31:14.24 at the Mt. SAC Relays … Mark ranks as the eighth best all-time in the event at LSU … Finished 16th in the event at the SEC Championships, clocking 32:12.88 … Won the 5K at the LSU Tiger Relays with a season-best time of 14:55.97 … Ran the 3K once, posting a time of 8:42.40 … Turned in a top 1,500 meter time of 4:00.95 at the Tiger Twilight Classic … Ran the 800 meters in 2:00.35 … Participated in just three races during the indoor campaign, clocking times of 4:23.48 in the mile, 8:32.55 in the 3,000 meters and 15:04.55 in the 5,000 meters.

Ran the Tiger’s second-best time of the season in the 3,000 meters at the SEC Six-Way, clocking 8:35.89 … Did not run during the outdoor season.

Had a strong cross country season where he cemented himself as the Tigers’ No. 2 runner behind NCAA qualifier Likhaya Dayile … Did not compete indoors in 2001, but came on during the outdoor season to record the second-fastest time by a Tiger in the 5,000-meter run … Clocked a season-best time of 14:56.36 at the SEC Outdoor Championships making him one of only two Tigers to break 15-minutes in the 5,000 meters.

Four-time letterwinner in cross country and track …Won the state title in the 1,500 meters during both his junior and senior seasons … Of his 43 varsity cross country races he finished in the top-three on 35 occasions … Came to LSU with personal bests of 1:58.3 in the 800 meters, 4:06.01 in the 1,500 meters, 4:19.13 in the mile, 9:18.33 in the 3,200 meters and 15:44 on a 5K cross country course.
