Crowned a First-Team All-American at the NCAA Outdoor Championships…  helped the men’s 4×100-meter relay team to a runner-up finish with a time of 38.21 seconds at the NCAA Championships… qualified for the 100 meter, 200 meter and 4x100m relay at the NCAA East First Round… crowned an SEC Outdoor Champion in the 4×100, helping his team to a time of 38.19 seconds that ranked second in LSU history, fifth in collegiate history and No. 2 in the nation for 2024… at the SEC Championships clocked a Caymanian National Record of 20.51 seconds (-1.5 m/s) in the 200 meter to finish 10th… recorded a legal personal-best time of 10.26 seconds (-0.5 m/s) in the 100 meter to finish 14th at the SEC Championships… recorded a barely illegal wind-aided time of 10.12 seconds (+2.2 m/s) at the LSU Alumni Gold to finish third in the 100m, also finished second in the 4×100… took first with the 4×100 and seventh in the 200m at the LSU Invitational… helped the 4×100 to a first-place finish and a time of 39.37 seconds at the Keyth Talley Invitational… 2023-24 LSWA Men’s Freshman of the Year… USTFCCCA First Team All-American (4×100)… SEC Champion (4×100)… First Team All-SEC (4×100)… SEC Men’s Freshman of the Week 1x (04/23/24).

2024 INDOOR (FRESHMAN)
Competed in one meet during the indoor season… took second in the 60 meter with a personal-best time of 6.70 seconds at the LSU Purple Tiger.

PRIOR TO LSU – Jamaica College
Ran a personal best and Caymanian junior record 10.24 in the Class 1 Boys 100m semis at the ISSA Grace Kennedy Boys and Girls Championships in March 2023… he then took bronze in the final with 10.26… a week later, Reid also reached the Under-20 Boys 100m final at the 50th Carifta Games in Nassau, running 10.63 for sixth… Reid has a 200m personal best of 20.91 done at the Corporate Area Development Meet at the national Stadium in Kingston (2022)… he competed in the event at the World Under-20 Championships in Cali, running 21.53 for sixth in his heat… he was also a member of the Jamaica College quartet that produced 40.97 to win the Championship of America 4x100m at the 2023 Penn Relays.

Born on April 10, 2005 in the Cayman Islands… son of Denise Brown and Michael Reid… has three siblings – Jodi-Ann, Mikano, and Safina… plans to pursue a degree in sport administration at LSU.
