Competed in seven meets during the indoor season… finished 30th in the 400 meter and 36th in the 200 meter a the SEC Indoor Championships… recorded a PR of 1:05.37 in the 500 meter to finish first at the LSU Twilight… ran a season-best time of 46.96 seconds at the Tyson Invitational… finished third at the LSU Bayou Bengal with a 600 meter PR of 1:20.96… opened the year finishing sixth with a time of 1:22.35 in the 600m at LSU Purple Tiger.
2025 OUTDOOR (SOPHOMORE AT IOWA)
Placed second with a collegiate-best 49.68 in 400-meter hurdles at Pepsi Florida Relays… that time ranks third all-time at Iowa… placed fifth in 400-meter hurdles at B1G Championships (51.69) and ran event at NCAA West First Round (51.61)… letterwinner.
2025 INDOOR (SOPHOMORE AT IOWA)
Ran a collegiate bests in 400 meters at New Mexico Collegiate Classic (46.67) and 600 meters at Jimmy Grant Alumni Invite (1:20.54)… the 400-meter time ranks ninth all-time at Iowa… ran second leg on team-leading 4×400-meter relay that posted a 3:35.31 at New Mexico Collegiate Classic… that time ranks fifth all-time at Iowa… ran second leg on 4×400-meter relay that placed second at B1G Championships (3:06.18), earning second-team All-Big Ten honors… named to All-Big Ten Freshman team.
2024 OUTDOOR (FRESHMAN AT IOWA)
Ran lead leg on B1G Champion 4×400-meter relay (3:05.68)… ran lead leg on team-leading 4×400-meter relay that placed 12th in 3:05.35 at NCAA West Preliminary… ran a team-leading 51.23 in 400-meter hurdles at NCAA West Preliminary… placed third in 400-meter hurdles at B1G Championships (51.44) and 21st at NCAA West Preliminary (51.46).
