2024 OUTDOOR (FRESHMAN)
Competed in the six meets during the outdoor season… opened the season with a PR of 8:36.28 at the Hurricane Invitational to finish sixth in the 3000 meter… recorded a PR of 3:52.11 in the 1500 meter to finish sixth at the LSU Alumni Gold.

2024 INDOOR (FRESHMAN)
Competed in one meet during the indoor season… finished fourth in the mile at LSU Purple Tiger with a time of 4:19.49.

PRIOR TO LSU – McCallie School
Attended McCallie School in Chattanooga, Tennessee, before coming to Baton Rouge… won the 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022 TSSAA Division II-AA State Championships to go back-to-back-to-back-to back as team state champions… helped smash the McCallie record in the 4×1 mile with a time of 17:37.37 to finish 3rd at Nike Indoor Nationals… Nike Indoor All-American… First Team All-State.

Born on May 2, 2005 in Greensboro, NC… son of Fred and Lindsay Carlson… plans to pursue a degree in Finance at LSU.
