With just an indoor season of eligibility remaining, earned a trio of All-America honors at the NCAA Indoor Championships … Was the national runner-up in the 400 meters, clocking a school record 50.92 seconds in the finals … Finished fourth in the 200 at the national meet with a time of 23.10 … Also anchored the Lady Tigers to a fourth-place finish in the 4×400-meter relay at the NCAA Championships … Was the 2005 SEC champion in the 200 meters, crossing the line with a personal best time of 23.10 … Time ranks as the fifth fastest in Lady Tiger history … Also anchored the Lady Tigers to the conference title in the 4×400 relay as the foursome posted a meet record time of 3:29.06 … Won the 400 meters titles at the Razorback and Armory Invitationals and won the 200 meters at the Holiday Inn Team Invitational … Twice named the SEC Women’s Runner of the Week … Was named the USTCA Women’s DI Athlete of the Week for the week of Feb. 7.

Representing her native country of Grenada, she advanced to the semifinals in the 400 meters at the Olympic Games in Athens … Finished 15th overall with a time of 51.47 in the semifinals … Clocked 51.66 in the opening round heats … During the collegiate season, helped the Lady Tigers to their third straight NCAA Indoor team title, earning All-America honors in both the 400 meters and the 4×400-meter relay … Finished fourth in the 400 (51.31) and anchored the Lady Tigers to a second-place finish (3:30.14) in the 4×400 at the indoor national meet … Successfully defended her SEC Indoor title in the 400 meters, clocking 51.13, the second-fastest time in collegiate history … Mark also set school and Nutter Field House facility records in the event … Anchored LSU’s 4×400 to school, meet and facility records at the indoor conference meet (3:29.42) … Also won 400 meter titles at the Armory Invitational (51.89), the United Heritage Invitational (52.88) and the Arkansas Invitational (53.01) during the indoor season … During the outdoor campaign, won the first national championship of her career as the anchor leg on the Lady Tigers’ school record-breaking 4×400-meter relay (3:25.26) … Also earned All-America honors in the open quarter, placing eight overall with a time of 52.01 … At the SEC Championships, completed the sweep of the 400-meter conference titles, winning the outdoor crown in 50.64 … Also anchored LSU to the long relay title at that meet (3:27.04) … Finished second in the 400 meters at the NCAA Mideast Regionals (51.60) … Clocked 51.21 in the event at the Gatorade Classic.

One of the Lady Tigers’ top quartermilers, she anchored LSU to a school record and second-place finish in the 4×400-meter relay at the NCAA Outdoor Championships (3:27.88) … Also earned All-America honors in the 400 meters, placing fifth at the national championships with a season best … Earned all-SEC honors placing second in the 400 meters (51.75) and second as a member of the Lady Tigers’ 4×400 (3:32.64) at the conference meet … Won three quartermile titles during the outdoor season, claiming gold at the LSU Alumni Gold (51.54), the Mt. SAC Relays (51.68) and the LSU Tiger Relays (53.82) … Was second at the NCAA Regionals with a time of 52.04 … During the indoor season, earned All-America status as the anchor leg on the Lady Tigers’ 4×400 that placed third overall (3:32.16) … Was the SEC champion in the 400, recording a season-best effort of 52.50 … Also anchored LSU to all-conference honors in the 4×400 as LSU finished second in the event at the SEC Championships (3:33.97) … Won other 400 meter titles at the Gator Invitational (53.21), the Purple Tiger Invitational (54.23) and the Bayou Bengal Invitational (55.07) … Finished third at the Armory Invitational, posting her second-best time of the indoor season (52.68).
