Competed in six meets during the outdoor season… ran a personal-best time of 4:32.07 in the 1500 meter to finish 21st at the Battle on the Bayou… clocked a PR of 10:19.42 in the 3000 meter to finish 13th at the Hurricane Invitational… finished fourth in the 1500m at the Keyth Talley Invitational with a time of 4:36.84… placed third in the 1500m at the LSU Alumni Gold with a time of 4:32.77.

2024 INDOOR (JUNIOR)
Competed in two meets during the indoor season… finished 10th in the mile with a season-best time of 5:10.80 at the LSU Purple Tiger.

2023 OUTDOOR (SOPHOMORE)
Did not compete.

Competed in two meets during the indoor season… clocked a PR of 5:08.83 in the mile to take fourth at the LSU Twilight.

PRIOR TO LSU – Rogers HS
Ran cross country, track and swam for Rogers High School in Rogers, Arkansas … named to Arkansas All-Prep team four times … named an Arkansas All Star four times … an Arkansas Cross Country State runner-up in 2017, Day comes to LSU with personal bests of 2:20 in the 800 meters, 5:10 in the 1,600 meters, and 11:23 in the 3,200 meters.

Born on October 17, 2002, in Rogers, AR… daughter of Kristin and Pete Day… has two siblings, Aaron and Rachel… plans to pursue a degree in social work at LSU.
